Last month, Dubai-based luxury project developer Damac Properties announced two significant launches: the Damac Lagoons master development’s “Ibiza” residential cluster and its most recent ultra-luxury branded living experience, Cavalli Couture, which overlooks Safa Park along the Dubai Canal.
Following the successful launch of Portofino, Venice, Malta, Nice, Santorini, Costa Brava, Marbella, and Monte Carlo, the most recent addition to the community of Damac Lagoons with a Mediterranean theme is Monte Carlo. Each cluster was created with the “Wonders of the Mediterranean” concept in mind. Its goal is to evoke the spirit of the place it represents.
The Spanish island that is home to the Ibiza cluster is known for its vibrant nightlife and stunning beaches.
Damac Lagoons, the group’s third master community development in Dubai, is 45 million square feet in size and features elegant four- and five-bedroom villas on white sandy beaches.
In the meantime, the exclusive Cavalli Couture project is a 14-story building with 70 duplex sky villas and duplex penthouses with three, four, and five bedrooms. On one side, each unit will have its own private infinity pool and terrace garden with stunning views of the Dubai skyline and Burj Khalifa, and on the other, it will have views of Safa Park and Burj Al Arab.
In yet another Damac partnership with the renowned Italian fashion house Roberto Cavalli, the interiors will be branded by Cavalli, who will draw inspiration from the Amazon jungle.
The Gems Estates collection of ultra-luxury villas in Damac Hills, which was launched last year, and Cavalli Tower, a 70-story skyscraper in Dubai Marina overlooking Palm Jumeirah, are two of the developer’s previous collaborations.
“Damac is at the forefront of this charge in a booming market for branded residences. Niall McLoughlin, the Senior Vice President of Damac, remarked, “We have earned a reputation for delivering not only unique and quality luxury products, but also experiences.” We have been a respected property developer in Dubai since 2002.
The collection of penthouses will have private direct access to the roof, which will include a party terrace with infinity pools and private sky gardens. A Cavalli-branded lobby, club rooms, a lagoon drop-off area, and a gym and spa are among the amenities on the podium level.
