According to data released by Dubai’s Land Department (DLD), the real estate market in Dubai saw 505 sales for AED1.56 billion, 98 mortgage deals for AED288.26 million, and 19 gift deals for AED330.1 million on Monday.
45 land plots worth AED298.77 million and 460 villas and apartments worth AED1.26 billion were sold. The mortgages included 21 land plots worth AED85.97 million and 77 villas and apartments worth AED202.3 million, bringing the total number of real estate transactions to over AED2.1 billion today.
